In my downtown corridor, I'd like to mod some of the BATs/Lots I've downloaded so that their lights stay on longer. I have SC4Tool but am not sure what to open, and which value to look for. Can you help?

    Sincerely,

    -John

All "nite" structures on BATs (nitelites and nitewindows) are turned off automatically by around 01:00AM (if this is what you mean). This is a global setting and I don't know if it can be changed. Maybe search the properties.xml file (get the newest version from the Mods & Downloads section) and check the global simulator exemplars, if such a property exists. Also check the simcity.ini file.

Streetlights are different, they stay on up till 3-4:00AM.

Both the above happen if you are running the game in day/night cycle mode. If you are at night only, both lights are always on.

Thank you both for your help. The genesis of this question is my placement of rubik3's World Trade Center reward complex. It seems to suffer from laggy light syndrome in comparison to the other buildings. :-/
