where can i get airport terminals and other accessories that go with voltaire's RMIP-2 stuff?

Where can i get the program and maybe a tutorial on how to create buildings, the company that makes the program for maxis is owned by autodesk and they changed the program, any news or can someone send me the file? I really want to learn how to create buildings also, anyone know of a tutorial?

yellowzx5: gmax is available legally from here, you need to register it here.

You also need the BAT (Building Architect Tool) which is available from the BAT page of the Sim City 4 website once you have Product Registered and Logged In.

When trying to install BAT it says there is no gmax and will not install.

Well, you seem not to have understood what sim1234 said.  He gave you the download link and the registration link for gmax.

You cannot install the BAT without having installed and registered gmax since the BAT is a gmax gamepack.

This stuff cannot be done piecemeal.  This is the drill:

1. Download gmax
2. Install gmax
3. Register gmax
4. Download the BAT,  PIM, and new Lot Editor
5. Install the BAT, PIM, LE
6. Update your RH + Update 1 (deluxe + Update 1) with the night lights patch from the BAT download page. (You will move from version 638 to 640)
