monorail U-Drive-It bug

i am unable to complete any monorail u-drive-it missions. once my train pulls into any target station, it fades away and i'm given a Mission Failed message.

is this a known error? what can i do? thanks!

The same thing happens when I do a monorail u-drive-it mission too. Usually, the first station the train gets to, the train fades away, then I get the Mission Failed message. A couple times it made it through one station, but never through the 2nd one. I dont know if thats fixable, but at least you are not the only one having that problem.

great, yes, i am glad to know i'm not the only one! actually, i've found a couple other strange and seemingly intermittent U-Drive-It bugs, also... this monorail one is the most annoying tho, especially as it gives the sunlight power plant, which is always good to get sooner than later.

argh... it's frustrating.

Sorry if im being annoying to anyone, bringing up an older post, but I got my monorail u-drive-it mission to work now. I just downloaded the latest update, and suddenly my monorail works perfectly. I thought I downloaded the update a long time ago, but I discovered I didnt. My ice cream truck driver still comes out of the truck though, but thats another post.

Try dragging tracks over the station. Start dragging outside the station, drag over the station and finish outside the station in the other direction.  This will usually allow UDI to go through the station.

I get that too... What I do is just go slow through the station. Works every time for me.

Hey, does anyone get the monorail train shakes itself apart problem?  It's like I drive it too fast and it flies off the track or shakes itself of the track.  How do you know if you are going to fast?  I haven't had success braking, but I wonder if that is just because I start braking too late.  I tried pushing forward once and releasing shortly after, and the train accelerates to oblivion.  Any tips for driving it in the U-Drive-It mode?
