Rewards

Hello...there are several reward bats that require "hawkers and flea markets" (ex. BLS Chateau Anis). How / where can I get these hawker / flea market files from? I have the CSX organic hawker stands and flea markets, I think BSC or BLS, that readily grow in my cities, but when all conditions are met, including LOTS or hawker stands and flea markets, I can't get this reward. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated...I really don't want to fill my cities with hundreds of hawker stands and flea markets. Please help...thanks.

dslmagic, you might want to try going to the BSC team room forum (under the custom content forum menu, I believe) and ask them what the criteria are for the rewards. They can answer your questions directly and tell you what you need. Give it a shot. Hope this helps.
