Region view in Mayor Mode

Hello everyone, hope everyone's city is on the up and up. If not you can always play god (a very mean one).

As for the question: Is there any way to see a full region view while still in mayor mode. I find it hard to judge where highways, bridge's, etc should go in relation to another neighbouring city. I usually print out a screen shot of my region but ink is not cheap.... Is there another way?

I tend to count off the tiles from the closest corner, or use one central city tostart the highways and then I make connections in that city, the tabs are in the other cities ready and waiting for me to build more highway.
