Problem after uninstalling radical ordinance 2.0

    I uninstalled this modd because whenever I played a city, once every sim month, the financial advisor would give me a red alert that the ordinance toggle thing was on, and it annoyed me. So I followed the instructions on how to uninstall it, and managed to do so. Unfortunately, after doing this, when I try to run Sim City4, it doesn't run anymore. I want to keep playing the game, but the last thing I want is to be bugged every minute by that financial advisor who is impossible to please.32.gif Could ANYONE please give me any advice on how to fix this problem?
