Uh... I saw several posts that Simtropolis was the best... etc. When I saw the STEX, I was so much more impressed then the Simcity 4 official exchange... it was so beautiful... you can post any image you want, instead of the awful pic that the Lot Editor give you and that the Official Exchange uses... So technically I registered for the STEX but since we started the Winnipeg BAT Re-Creation Project, I've spent WAY more time in the forum and in the chat then in the STEX...
