Cool Truckin_Papa, that is a quite good bedtime story (for those that like this kind of story before bed), well, i don't believe in ghosts that take a real form, but some kind of energy that stays behind that can affect the surrounding objects. Shure, why not, it's like the candles in some marshes, methane produced by decomposing organic matter that light up, that could be considered a ghost. They (candles) hold an important significance in many religions, and in a way, it's the manifesting in the real world, and isn't that the broad definition of ghost? I think that ghosts that appear in front of people in specific shapes are figment of imagination, in most stories, the character is often edgy and slightly scared... and tierd, might be their subconcious playing tricks on themselves, and the fact that the same ghost patrolls the same area migh be that the stories that get passed on influence the subconcious in making these specific images - Yatagan_L

SYM Productions Fictional Projects
SYM Productions replied to SYM Productions's topic in SC4 BAT & Lot Workshop
sorry, i can't, we (SYM Productions) have already tried that, it's that simcity takes a picture of the building itself, you need a mod to make things move, even then, cars are just pictures that move around, sorry dude, simcity makes it impossible! - Yatagan_L -

Omg just like a real city... absolutely packed! I think probably one of the #1 keys to making a realistic city: pack it up (no empty tiles) but in sort of an organized fashion... Your little seaport village is looking amazing... I know its a common download, but you just make it work so well... Such beautiful, wild and rough nature! I love your creek! It looks exactly like the creek that I go photo-hunting to every year in the Rocky Mountains... oh, the memories... Hahaha I get it... I didn't think you had missed all of my post (the part about a tall core downtown), but why hadn't you responded? To show us in the next update of course! They're beautiful and they fit in really well... it works well to just have a few prominent towers and everything else small... that's what's great about plopping, you can give out individual building permits! Because a place like this would be avoiding large-scale tower development... you said so yourself in the first few posts... ah, what a long way we are from that! And your tramways... beautiful white tracks zig-zagging through the neighborhoods, just like the real thing! Love that road overpass and the little path on the right that goes to look-out spot above the tracks... very cool! I'm curious... according to Green Depra's laws: can any resident run for city council? - CDI_spy P.S. Let's see you respond to THIS rant...

I have tremendous respect for Nealos and his work... and I think Chad could do it but he seems to think that things will pan out instantly, without effort... I think that if you worked the core a bit (drop the departments), Chad, instead of pretending you're a multi-faceted company, you'll get some work done... all of you should start producing stuff and gain a bit of respect... because one person doing all the work isn't much of a team... to use SYM Productions as an example, each guy has his own building going in the Fictional Project... - CDI_spy

While we're waiting for question 13... An answer to question 11... same concept as boiling water... according to Captain Cook, if you take a cake of frozen sea-water, and you thaw it out, it's pure water... same essential concept as boiling it... - CDI_spy
