Try to make each new town or place you visit an adventure or soemthing new. Thats why I make so many small towns too. They can have just as much character as the big cities, maybe sometimes even more. Thats with the variation. Back to more town updates in Northern State! Klikiat Village, NS. Klikiat Village is a big town for Northern State having much of anything you need. The biggest city to it is nearby Warbanks. Some would consider this a suburb of Warbanks, even though miles of forest serpate the town areas. 8,963 people live in Klikiat Village which has all the services needed for people. A nearby fort supplies some of the jobs for the residents in this town. The local airport makes many stops to smaller airports as well as flights to Warbanks daily. There is also a fire department training area here, and a air field for the fire department for Northern State. Downtown Klikiat Village. Small homes in the town. Klikiat Village overview.

Comments!!! Rct3twins: Thank you. San Andreas is a fun game. I play it really to explore the towns and vast region it has. You might like this update because it sort of has a little bit of humor in it and it's a newspage. Thank you again. Those 3D views are done with PhotoShop and a Macintosh program called Appleworks. This update has some 3D perspectives in it again. Again, I try to make my cities seem real, and here we go. Bbfan02: Thank you. It is a small town to most standards, but in a remote state like Northern State, that is like civilization, and it would feel good to drive into that town after a logn days drive as night comes in and you go to a hotel. Get that mental image sort of? A Ice Harbor city preview will come soon, but here is one of it's local news channels. Another new news channel webpage. Comments: Rct3twins: Welcome and thanks for stopping by. It's not based off the United States and Canada, no. It's based off regions in the USA and maybe Canada. For example, Evergreen City you could say is like Seattle, Sorenson Bay like San Fran, and Grandview like Los Angeles. They have some similarities, but subtle. I should name a street after you, no really. Vamez Junction Vamez Junction is a small town of 2,334 people. There is a very small downtown and a local airport and medical serives for surrounding towns. Mainly it is small cabins that keep each others warm in this cold forested land by the ocean. It is the last town before a fairly long drive to "big city" Hyderville. It is a fairly cold area in the winter with lots of snow, and mild in summer with the snow melting away. The town is looked upon as a checkpoint for there is lodging and things to do here that other towns don't have for many many miles away. Main street Vamez Junction. Vamez Junction in it's entirety.

Football_Fever: Eastern state won't all be desert. It will be more moderate forested land around the coastlines and desert in the middle. Southern State is not official so far. Right now it does not exsist, but I have thought of ideas, but don't want to get ahead of myself. I was thinking of sort of a swampy, more tropical, humid region. Thats just I idea though.

Comments Back!!! Bbfan02: Thank you. That town I wanted to be real unique. I based it loosely off a Juneau, Alaska. I have pictures of Juneau on a seperate forum if anyone wants to see pics. KingTitan: Glad you enjoyed it. As said above, it's based off Juneau, Alaska which has tall mountains right next to it. The town is at the base of a mountain. Of course less people live in this state. It's population is in little clumps around the map. The State Capital is Hyderville. Western State is the biggest state of the two. It's got big cities and small towns. It's state capital is New Pine located in Evergreen County by Evergreen City.

In my country, The United States of Westernland, there are states. Each state is again divided up by county. Their is couty seats and a country capital too. Here is just a few regional pictures. I realize that two images do not fit the forums. Hyderville,NS. Hyderville has only one highway entering the town, and it's out ina very remote area. It used to not be connected to any roads until 1964. At the town, there is a airport that connects it to the the state, and a pretty major seaport. Downtown has many shops that would remind you of a big city, but with a small town feel. Homes have serene views of the water and mountains that tower over the town. Also, big chain stores are at the north end of town, so virtually the town has every amenity a person needs, including fire, police, and healthcare coverage. The town of about 18,000 continues to grow at a steady clip each year. Downtown Hyderville has shops on lower level floors with offices on top. The fishing docks are always busy here. Trucks drive off down the highway to bigger cities, or are shipped off to national markets. The red bridge known as "Knolland Bridge" connects the airport and seaport to the town of Hyderville. Football_Fever: Thank you. Looks like you looked in depth of what I've been doing, and I thank you for that. Yes, so far I have three states. Two are complete. Western State is like the Pacific Northwest, Northern State is like Alaska, and Eastern State so far is like a desert. Thank you very much for commenting. A lighthouse would look good at the tip of Washington Park in Emmerson City. Stay tuned for updates, that might just happen. You had great input, love comments like this.

Grozenburg, NS. Not only the name, but the town may remind you of Russia. It is the only major town between Warbanks and far away Wrangler, though it is not a major town you may want to stop at. There is a large Russian population in the town, it was settled as far back as the early 1800s by Russian settlers from Warbanks. The town first served as a timber town that cut wood to supply growing communities around the state, but poor transportation hurt the town during the 1850s. Even still, the town was one of the biggest towns in the whole territory of Northern State...before it became a State. During the 1860s, rail was first implimented and connected the town to Warbanks, and would later connect it to far away Wrangler. With the newly made train tracks, timber was once again the top export, and soon coal became a export for the town. The town built military equipment in both World Wars and today is a huge coal producing town and oil producing town. Fossil Fuels are drilled deep in the ground and large silo tanks can be seen around the town itself. The town has over 10,000 people living in it today, and it has the medical services and a airport. People here work long hard hours at the factories that run this town. Stagnant air happens during the winter here sometimes and can trap pollutants from the local factories. The Northern State Health Board is working to lower pollutants from the town that still uses codes from the early 1900s. The town has unhealthy air for a average of 20 days a year. New laws are being passed to lower pollutants, and as some people dwindle from this town, there is always more moving into the low wealth blocks in the town that line the streets. Some would say it's oppresive living here, but others would say it fits there life style. Because of it's location in the Northern State plainlands, real heavy winds blow through the town during winter months and days can be real short, and during summer, days become real long. Heavy blizzards can literally cover the town within a few hours. The record low temperature was -60F degrees. So it's not a very touristy fancy place, but every state needs a low wealth area that supports the rest of the state, ad Grozenburg is just that. Downtown Grozenburg. A winter snow storm hits the town. It's mid winter and the town gets about 4 hours of daylight, so some lights stay on all day. The skies can be cloudy for a long part of the year too. Cloudy skies hover over Grozenburg. A very cold winter day in Grozenburg. Skies are sunny and blue. Air not moving gives the town of Grozenburg a dark brown hazey smog that lingers over the town for up to 20 days until a new weather front moves in. Industry is rampant through the town. Factories provide buses to pick up workers at bus stops that don't have cars. Buses happen to be old prison buses that are way out of date. Dawn approaches Grozenburg and a brown haze will fill the sky that day. Train yard is full of freight trains ready to be loaded or head out of town.

Just for a little bt of fun before I take you back to Northern State. Christmas is widely celebrated in The United States of Westernland. Here are a few pictures from Evergreen City in Western State. The closest thing to a ghetto I can think of is this town in Northern State of my country called Grozenburg. Here is downtown. Not a very nice place.

I have so much waterfront property in my cities, I don't know what to show. So I will show a mix. Hyderville, Northern State. Hyderville, Northern State. Hyderville, Northern State. Cape Cusaak, NS. Cape Cusaak gets real extreme winters, and high winds during the stormy fall and early winter months. The town is mainly a fishing town that has the smell of fresh seafood by the docks year round. A few main road stores are safely perched away from the residential homes on the snowy flat by the sea. The towns nearest airport is in the neighboring town of Vamez Junction.

And now, it is time for updates from towns and cities in Western Land's, NORTHERN STATE! Here we go!!! Key Point, NS. Key Point is a small town north of Ice Harbor. It started as a small fishing settlement away from Ice Harbor. It served as a stopping point to people heading to Warbanks during the 1876 Gold Rush. Today the town of 856, is a small quiet fishing community thats has a nice docking area and safe from outer waters. A small main street provides basic needs for the people in the town and a small train station connects the town to outer Northern State. No airport at the town is a downfall that could hurt the town during strong winters, but so far, no major emergencies have ever happened, and the Northern State Transportation Department usually always keeps the highway open and dry to Ice Harbor during winter months. The small town of Key Point.
