Good job! I would simply point out that it would be nice if you put some detail on the sides too so that the building would look good from all angles. This is often the mild criticism I have for rowhouses, that are pretty wehn plopped deliberately but look a bit off when growables.

My small criticism, and it applies to many batters, is on the decision to include a building name. Your modeling is fine but I would prefer not to have the name embedded in the model. It limits the universal appeal and is odd when the building repeats.

It is well done and has a good sense of decay. Just wondering if it would be possible to scale its design so that it ends up on something like a 4 x 6 or such
