  1. i started my town as a basic one with no mod. after that i installed the SUGC mod pack and the people started leaving the city. the population dropped from 30k to 5k. The industries and other buildings showed no workers. I tested it with a new city and the same thing happened. the population somehow got stuck below 6k-7k. I need to know what caused the problem. If it is the SUGC mod then please suggest me some other mod like this one because i need mod to develop my city. Thank You.
