NO comments well here's an interesting update. News Salt Pass has many wonders to be a city of 270,000 sims so is the new city Harrit Plaza. Harrit Plaza is wonderful, Im lately trieing to work on the region to make it interesting. Down below is a picture of some buildings near the crowded highway. This is a result that the region is growing. Well over there is the mayor's gardens. The high class skyscrapers there are not the only thing it is....the 2 statues bring glory over there, making it have very, VERY, high land value. After that the made 2 mayor's hall, one for all the mayors too meet and one for the goverment. Also stores and shops surrounded the halls, to make it an even place. That's that, ohh and here's the whole city, aint much but im terrible at making cities theses days More to come

SC4 meister : It takes time and demand and a lot of cities. Here's an update for ya, id like to show you around North Pine. North Pine is a wonderful city, a rich city, and with gleaming tower's that rise into the cloudy skies. Wonderful priceless homes surround the towers and downtowns, making the downtowns more realistic. The main highway (T-10) goes all around the city, for sims too drive in the fast lane. 1)North Pines downtown is getting bigger, grown right in the middle of the city. http://img137.echo.cx/img137/4764/15zh.jpg align=baseline> 2) Eurotown is aside downtown, and most people there go shopping and work. http://img137.echo.cx/img137/2241/26ld.jpg align=baseline> 3) North of eurotown is the region's first country club. Sims bye clothes to fashionwear. Update! Shadow_Assassin: Well, ive never been to Australia, but i know that my cities look better than New York. SC4 meister: thank you for your comment. Well North Pine, is now the richest and nicest place in the region. A highway system, great downtown, and mostly $$ and $$$ sims. It's been a pleasure from the start. It really adds something to the region. Go live there, the homes are only 600.000$$$. Part of the downtown, is great to live in, its the richest area in mostly all the CJs! (in my opinion that is) Careful next img is 600kb, in the jpg files! Off of that is the great low dense area witch adds pleasure. Thanks, your advice is starting to work, the last time I updated my CJ i got 3 nice comments. Only a couple of things What do they mostly like in CJs? What downloads really give great comments, buildings, textures, BATs, water color ect.

Here is more of the update. Well, Smooth Beach has grown and grown, with new constrution. It has grown to 70,000. After that more came and more making it huge. Wala it finished with a good reputation. And now the whole city [:0][:0] That was update 2.3, hope you enjoy it and maybe comment!

Well, this is it, also a big update, huge! Smooth Beach is starting to grow scrapers-right away! I would accept comments and suggestions-if you have any. O.K down below is a picture of Smooth Beach, as you can see, it is riseing the current population. The skyscrapers are raising the roof, and it's so jammed that they build basement skyscapers! Right under! Picture #2 is the main woodland area, at night, as you can see, over 50,000 people visit here every month, too watch the birds, and more. Well, that is enough for today, comments and suggest would be highly acceptable.

All those areas made will be skyscapers in the east end. Out of it will be: farms and houses and towns with farms surounding it. B. A big area with a huge downtown in the West End with low dense surounding it and leave the East End alone. Ok, the post results will end on late night Friday. Thanx, Well, new develoment set a side, houses are cheap there, trying to make everyone comming in the town, reading signs as, bye 8 rooms 4 the price of 3 and with that house you r going to bye, have an extra T.V. Here's the new house area. And suburbs were created, making good shine develoment, also making beautiful nieghborhoods. On one of the docks in Belton, glory is placed all around.
