    I downloaded all of them and put them in the plugins folder but it still is the same boxes. Is there anything else that I can do, also the side of my map where it's normally grey is now bright yellow, I need help bad

    I'm new to all this i got the WTC and put it in my city but it's just a bunch of brown boxes that say simcity.com on them. Can anybody help me with this problem? Thanks in advance..
