i bought the game @ Russian version and i have same errors , when i was change the locales in simcity folder and simcitydata folder. i tried many times to change locale and many language packs. so i find this http://www.mediafire.com/?buw4aj280kcsg2e Instructions: 1. Download the Game in russian Language. 2. Start the Game the first time in Russian Language. 3. Extract the files in the Game directory (...OriginGames/SimCity?). IMPORTANT: Origin and the Maxis Downloader must be closed while extracting the Patch. 4. Start the Game.
