All my exception reports said: Exception code: 0xC0000005 (-1073741819) ACCESS_VIOLATION. Yours looks very close to what mine looks like. I have an Intel e6300 with vista and I had to set Sim City 4 on one processor, or else it will crash. I made a thread here , which works for me.
