The FBC Ma' and Pa's was a family owned resteraunt started in 1956 in order for Henry, the father, to get by on the bills. His buisness grew into the successful Ma' and Pa's it is today. This is a standard landmark lot. A mix of low wealth and medium wealth cars go in the parking lot. This should enhance the look of any medium wealth commercial district. You have to install this then install this update here. I had a similar problem with SC4 I had to do this . I hope these helps!

I like SC3000 only because it works on my crappy computer. But SC4 has way better graphics, better buildings and the BAT. I would play SC3000 before playing SC4 though. Both are great games. I like them both!
