    I just found some hurricane mod from Youtube, I unextracted it and it is now a ZIP file, dont kno how to install it tho. The mods arefrom hurricanemod10 or someone like thato n youtube

    Theres too files, do I put both of them in? one is named "Plugin_SimoleonTree_Good.dat" and the other is named "Plugin_SimoleonTree_10G.dat". BTw does it work for "Sim city 4 dexluxe?
