Hi... I'm from Portland... actually Clackamas atm... and am also a big fan of SC4. I'd like to help in any way possible, although I am not an artist so I really can't do much with the BATs... but maybe I can give some ideas or something. I also have a pretty good (and pretty accurately sized) greyscale bmp of Portland for use with SC4 if anyone needs it... I just have to remember that upload site I use . Hmm... I was thinking... can you make different colleges/universities? It would be great to have PSU, University of Portland, Reed College, etc. My main problem with SC4 is that you cannot place diagonal lots... it makes it difficult to make downtown accurately, or areas along Foster & Sandy... or Ladd Circle... etc. Oh well, I think that's it for now.
