    So far we can only make the retaining wall go down to the top of the water, so you should see a retaining wall, but there is no way as of yet to make it go to the bottom.

    since the picture is so fuzzy, the end with the red blotch is the left hand side, the parking lot is on the right, just so you know if you couldn't make out the picture.

    Here's my upgraded nuclear power plant, which, ( by my standards is more realistic) and here's the specifications. PLOP COST: $78, 000 MONTHLY COST: $5500 POWER OUTPUT: 39, 000MWH WATER CONSUMED: 2000 BULDOZE COST: $10000 FLAMMABILITY: 144 everything else is the same as the original nuclear power plant.

    to answer your questions, I did base it off the windmill, cause I knew I wouldn't be able to change the name of the building on my system, so I thought windpower wax clostest tom hydro power in it's clean factor. And xeryx, I also have this problem eith some buildings on the LEX, I think it might have something to do with your graphics card.

    Looks like those cops aren't doing their job, instead their spending their new fat paychecks on them selves, teach them a lesson and reduce thier funding. PS: Auz, I fixed the picture, the reson it was blurry was because i wanted to enlarge it.
