    Yeah, thanks for the comments, but I like to make realistic lots, so I woudn't even make a nuclear power plant that makes 200,000MWH, too much for me. :-)

    Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention that the tree's in the green and checkered area will grow in a few years or so. And I also seem to have forgotten to put the - after the word Pre, so it should be Pre-School, sorry about that.

    Ed_diaz, if you want it to have a foundation, here's what you need to do. 1. Open up your lot. 2. Change the threshold to 0.00, and the lot max to 25.0, leave the lot min at 0.00. That will make it work, enjoy your hydro-electric power plant.

    Income is too high, why is that? Banks steall thousands anyway, so I think it's too low.

    The crime comes from robbers and other crimes that occur at banks, and the power what do you mean a lot, a single wind power plant makes 200MWH, and banks have tonnes of electrical equipment, like computers, etc. So I don't see why that is unrealistic, oh well. thanks for your comments. :)

    What did you use to make those bricks? I've never seen placeable bricks in the game.
