would it be a good idea to enact this if my city is almost complete? i have 126,000+ on one city, but for some reason my residential demand is very, very high, meanwhile, most of my commercial and all of my industrial demand is negative, but when i grow some residentials, alot of the time they can't find jobs... so i was thinking i could use this as a final boost

this neighborhood is built on tropical white sand, and is geared towards vacation-goers... the eurochic rowhomes up top are supposed to be vacation rentals

i have it enacted on a city i'm working on... the city is at 50,000 and almost everything is $$$ i don't think i'll be using this for any other cities in the region

the osx version is crap the winxp version via boot camp is very much playable

i should probably point out that florida doesn't have mountains like that.... especially along the atlantic coast regardless, this could have alot of potential

i bought this on eBay like 5 years ago.... it doesn't run well, and only the vanilla version is available you're better off getting it for PC if you own one..... a deluxe version called SC3K Unlimited was released for it.
