Patricius Maximus: You really seem to have something against weaving, despite the fact that we don't have freeways here... Personally, I'm more concerned about left exits, which require more lane-changing than weaving when you find out your exit is on the opposite side of the freeway... Anyway, these elections have been really tight... well, the ones with more than 1 person, anyway.

fabsies, if you're not going to update this, then please don't bump it.
-
Wow, that was a neat mini-update! That resort looks great!

Mayor Abe, not only do people not like PNGs, but Simtropolis rules require you to convert those pngs to jpegs. Just use paint, it's super easy. Also, here's what you absolutely need to do: - fix problems which cause the zots - minimize the panel on the lower left - convert images to jpeg - effort I've noticed you've said a lot of things such as "I quickly lost patience" or "it's easier". If you can't be bothered to put in the required effort, then people won't be bothered to read this CJ. If you put in a lot of effort, this could be a good CJ, but you'll need to put in a lot.

That update 15 was really neat, especially seeing the charts and new development. (Also, unfortunately, this page is a victim of the page-flip bug... Not anymore!)
-
Wow, that was an update and a half! Anyway, my first action as a corn farmer is to make a bunch of scarecrows... muahahahaha...
-
Wow, that's a really nice looking forest there! Great job!
-
About the ferry there... There is a version of the ferry which might fit better with the CDK-SP, here. You could replace the OWW ferry with it.
-
DTP: Corn is fine! Fiber is always a great addition to any diet!
-
DTP: Turns out, I posted at the same time as Update 12! Well, it was neat to see that data, get a better feel for the place. Also, since you're going to have custom farms, I just don't want a flower one. I don't mind otherwise. I just thought they were Maxis ones (since that pic with "Replies" has Maxis Farms only).
-
DTP: Frontier Road sounds fine. If a farm grows fruit, I'd prefer it, but I don't really mind too much.

Wow, that was a really neat tutorial. It looked amazing at the end! -
DTP: Sorry about the debate, great idea putting it up for a vote. (And that's a pretty catchy name, "solar saga".) Anyway, if it's possible for me to buy a farm, that would be great! I'd prefer to have something away from "downtown", so that there's no danger of me getting evicted from it any time soon. If I can't buy one, then I'd like to build one, somewhere on the frontier.

I always go for the mid or highrise downtown centers. But I can see that you have something going here, and I always seem to keep coming back. Great work with Virgin Shores, it really was a Virgin shore, until your people came on that ferry. I think your sims took away the shores virginity. Haha. By the way, One member replied to my CJ asking if I would make my CJ, Uniden Town a neighbor City to Virgin Shores, and then possibly look for oil in it. Do you know anything about that since you're the creator?quote> I did not create the Virgin Shores CJ, deathtopumpkins created the Virgin Shores CJ. Im just the Head of The Utilities Commission.quote> I realize that. So, how can you claim that the thing has been built, when you didn't create the CJ? (To All: Sorry if this political debate is taking over the thread, I just feel the need to keep our elected officials accountable.)

First of all, it would cut into residential zoning, which is property which should be reserved for our residents. Also, it will provide too much power, as we are a small town, and such a large plant would be a waste opf our tax money. Also, you admit that your actions are keeping us from the future. Why?quote> Sorry, the 6x6 solar power plant is already been built, you should've posted earlier!! quote> Really? There hasn't been an update since you placed your request to build it, and DTP said " I'll build the solar collectors next time I play" In response to psander's PEG Solar Collecter Request. So, I really doubt that it's been built already. EDIT: Also, if it actually has already been built, I propose we demolish it and and the PEG Solar Collectors.

To turn the UDI icons off, go to the MySims Mode (Right of Mayor Mode) and the click the U-Drive it button. You should get 4 buttons: land, sea, air, and turn icons off. The 4th one is yours. Also, you will need to turn them off for each city tile. That's a nice looking amusement park.

OK, I was wondering if I could get a house in the game. Any medium-wealth one will do, though I'd prefer one from the Euro building set. You don't have to make it historical, but if it gets redeveloped... let's just say, you may need a police department.

Stewie: The code to add images in Simtropolis is at thje bottom of this post. Here is your first image, shown correctly:

If there's anyway I can play a role in this CJ, please let me know.
-
deathtopumpkins: That sucks about the grid turning on automatically... Still looks nice, I can tell you like the SAM.
-
supercity124: Last time I checked, the person who posts the CJ makes the decisions, and owns everything... Also, it would help if you edited the images so I could understand what you are talking about exactly. deathtopumpkins: Great job as always. Virgin Shores looks great. Also, I just noticed that the grid is on in all of your pictures, and the pics would look even better without it on.

Also, there might be issues with your commute times. That sometimes causes the no road connection zots.
-
Patricius Maximus: Wow, that exists in real life? With an expressway? Well, I guess they do exist... I still think at-grade intersections with expressways and multi-laned roads are bad, but I guess they do really exist... Still, I notice that you have made said intersection better. That's a pretty nice looking city. I really like how the beachfront looks.
-
Wow, that's some great work with the RHW there! Well, except for junction 3. Having any sort of expressway meet a major avenue at a traffic light is a huge real-world no-no. At least make a roundabout there. Still, awesome RHW work besides that.
