OS is an Operating System, e.g Windows 7, Mac OS, Linux, Windows Vista etc. Another question, what browser (Firefox, IE, google chrome, etc.) are you using? -

try switching from software to hardware rendering or vice versa. -
I think this is just a regular UDI bug. I've been experiencing it before when I was still a fan of the UDI, but now, I am more on city building than driving.

It is impossible and impractical to make larger cities. Impossible since you need to edit the main .exe for it to work, which may harm the game itself. Impractical since a larger city requires more RAM, etc, which will make crashes more often and game much slower.

With the huge mansions and towering condominiums in the past updates, I never thought that it also has poor neighborhoods. Anyway, nice update! Keep it up!

Well, it depends on what NAM simulator you are using. Try reinstalling NAM and check ONLY your preferred components.

You'll get ctds when a NAM puzzle piece hovered over a transit enabled lot, which is an unrepairable bug.
