Since there is no real progress yet on the right side, here's an overview on the left. Here's a shot with a few overpasses over the new RHW-6C to replace that monster RHW-20! Another random overpass over the same RHW-6C. Can you guess what Andrewtropia has now? Can someone say MASS TRANSIT!! HSR, Rail, and Elevated Rail! New towers around and within the new mass transit lines. Here are some waterfront buildings of the..... smaller size. Including the Andrewtropolis Concert Hall (on the right, w/ the green roof). Special thanks to Xyloxadoria for making the Concert Hall. I'll give you all 3 guesses what's going to be built there. Same overpass as the first overpass pic, but from the other angle. Ahhh... the many links to the rest of the city! Well, that's all the close-ups for today. Time for the region shots. A normal overview of the city so far. A transit region shot to show more detail on the road/mass transit layout of this city so far. (P.S. Can that "RHW can't be seen on the region's transit map glitch" be fixed?) Now all I have to do is let the lot grow. Twenty20: Thanks. After so long without an update, it's time for an update. During this time, I've done a complete reconstruction to make the city not look so overcrowded. To do this, I changed all roads (except 2) into avenues. Enough of me blabbering about it, I'll show you: Firstly, here's the city overview with the new avenues. Notice that I have greatly expanded on the left side with some new buildings. Later, I hope to put the Burj Dubai on that side once it is finished. Here's a close-up of the main waterfront with the new avenues to give more greenery and space between buildings. After piecing a couple of WFC buildings together.... I have created the American-Andrewtropolitan Trade Center. A closer shot of the new expansion area of our ever growing, super-sized downtown! This city is based on another planet about 1 thousand years in the future! This city will be realistic to an extent. Also, that downtown is small!!! Now after those 13 replies, it's time to put some of your advice into this 2nd Update! Let's GO!!! How's this for a highway intersection!!?? This beast took forever to build and after finishing it the first time, I had a crash!! Good thing I saved it 3/4 of the way and quickly re-finished it! A closer view at the center. (Note: There will be stuff inside the empty spots.) The mouth of the 20 lane highway, it's still under construction on what to do with the other 14 lanes though!!! As requested, a close-up of the Andrewtropolis-American WFC. This is a piece of the trade relationship between the country of Andrewtropolis and the States! Right next to it, the Andrewtropolis-Hong Kong WFC. Also, just a piece of the trade! A random shot of the city. Another random shot of the city. And finally, the total region area of the Andrewtropian Metropolitan Area. A region of 5x3 LARGE tiles! I think that CBD can be a "little bit" (10 times!!!!) bigger... am I right? Hi Heblem, I want to request a scaled map of Cape Cod, Massachusets. If the scale ends up too large, please make it the maximum size scaled down and split into the 4 map pack. By tiles, I want it all LARGE tiles. Since my google earth isn't working right now, here's a pic of the area: If you need more info, please say so, Andrew
