Okay, so I have found myself in the need of inhancing my citys so I decided to download some stuff from the official website. But everytime I play the game, nothing appears! So I check the Plugins folder, but it's empty! So I download the same stuff again, but then I get a message that it is already downloaded on the computer in the Pluginsfolder. Cursed Vista.......
