Okay, my bad. About the groundrail.... everytime if I laydown a piece of track like that and hold the mouse button, nothing happens when I move the mouse...or should I read trhe readme file again....

and I already have the: Industry quadrupler and N.A.M so no probs there. However, the dragg-able groundrail does'nt seem to work...... And YES, i've read the manual

and can I please get direct links becuase I am having probs with the search engine. Don't know why, but all I get are blanco pages after I press enter. (I am a Vista user)

I am searching for police, fire, school and Hospitals. Especially the last 2.

I use the god mode cheat to plant trees. This way I can cover any plantable space. So every city I make has a good green look and it also raises the mayor rating to max for 1 or 2 months.

While I was planing the city in a new region, the game froze while saving the game. A little bit later the mouse icon appeared and I could try to click on different things, but nothing happend. Since there was no reaction what so ever, I pushed ctrl+alt+delete. This brought me back to windows with programcontrol or how it's called in english (I'm dutch u c). To my big suprised it said that sc4 did NOT got stuck. So I clicked on sc4 on the taskbar and the screen turned black. Then I get small weird perspectives and views from my city and a message from an advisor appeared. I tried to click it away but I could'nt. Then suddenly the "Your city is saved" message appaered and I clicked it and after that I clicket the advisors message away. However, the screen was still screwy so I wondered what whould happen If I left the city with saving. Once back in regionview, I saw that my whole city was GONE! (See the pic I attached) I can't even click on it! I tried to stimulate the city back into being by making a neighberhoodconnection but that did not work. HELP!!!

nevermind, I already deleted the region because the city was no longer accesable

I want to inhance the look and feel of my city's but I don't know where or what I want to download. However, cruising along this site made it a bit easier so here is a list. I want: Round-a-bouts for all road types. It would be neat to have the Burj Al Arab in my city. Some cool new housing and skyscrapers. Does anyone know where I can find save downloads?

Okay, I have found some downloads to enhance my game, but every package is full with programs that aren't recognized by Vista!

Just started the game again and it finnaly worked, I have the hole digger lots! Now it's time to try some other stuff. Thank you for helping me so far everyone!

nope, it only gets the readme file. (Which is written in Word as al readme's do).

Okay, I am the administrator but I still can't acces the files. Uhm, the icon is a white sheet of paper. When I have donloaded the Hole digging lots for example. And that is all I can say because I am not the computer-ish type. And btw warrior, the right-clicking thing does not help since even with administrator rights, all I can do is change the file name.

A lot of downloads don't get recognized. The programs have the "blanco" icon wich makes you, if you double-click, search for a program to open it from a list or the internet. Becuase of this weird problem, I can't make things like sunken highways or change the skins of my trains and trams.

Stupid Vista! For making me unable to change trains skins and dig for sunken highways. Why is Windows so ..... Aargh!

Anyone? How can it be that everone seems to have the downloads to sunken highways etc. ....

To be more precise, only blanco pictograms appear that you can't open. Even with the option of finding a program on the internet.

That is weird.....all of the other stuff I dowload, does not get recognized. All I get are blanco Icons for the program's. Can anyone help me with this?

Thank you both for the info and links. I have thrown myself into the depth of 'Plugin Mania' and it's all giberish to me because I'm not that sort of type. However, I am heavily puzzled on how to use the Light Rail and the underground Rails. If someone could help me with that, that would be great.
