yes, and trying to get land grants to have land to build future power plants on, so were never too space needy. ive dealt with trying to give power from one city to another so troublsome.

as head of uc, i will try and make sure the power and water needed of the growing area are never threatened, and that growth is encourage while being energy efficent.

hmm i didnt know the full extinct of the planning, it all sounds good. Part of me always loves the idea of the metro area slowly expanding into another area, and that area become part of the region, kinda like rockford, il to chicago, il there slowly but surly becomeing one area.

hmm though at this point the main focus is on virgin shores, i wouldn't mind start having some other smaller towns coming into play. then again i have no idea what the master plan for virgin shores is, and this is up to the person who made it. thouhg having small towns start to appear would later on help making it more a metro area.

isnt uc the olny major position that has competion? you should mae election banners, to try and spread the word and encourage joining. But just imagine this thread if evey position had 2 or more people trying to get it O_o your going need reply helpers.

very nice bus map, covers the coast preety good. And that is very central, is there any avaliable land around it? I Think a good 10 x 10 site will allow us to always have to room for the future power needs if they ever come.

well actually the uc controles water supply, while water resources control water treatment plants, and marina's ect. Currently i believe pumps are used, and i will continue and maintain those, and build mroe if ever needed. and as of right now there is no need for a treatment center, though if it is ever needed one will be built as soon as humanly and computerly as possible.

solar will be the main power supplier like it already is.

well honestly that's a tough thing to awnser, seeing as virgin shores that this time dosent have a power problem, though i might try to centrizlize the solar power plants into more a central location. but then again i dont really know the locations of the solar and wind plants. I ive been considering area that would be set up for future power plants, because though right now virgin shores dosent need it, in the future it could, and i feel a centrailized power area that everyone can know, is a good thing.

ok i may not be running but ill give you some stuff to awnser. since you are running uncontested you dont really have to give a big debate, but still the people of virgin shores want to know what you want to do, so my first question is. What do you plan to do for public transportation? Traffic on the roads? The lack of international transportation, or even regional?
