Wow i haev no where to start, so i guess ill give you a overview. so as you can see there has been alot of growth, and Flint has hit 45 Thousand people! and the region is 55 Thousand So here's downtown The square building that's in the uptown area is the offical world hq of international holding group. the group formally known as Flint financial group and virgin Shores holding group Merged, flint Financial Group, which is mostly grouped within the midwest use to hae a hq in peoria, il. The company started in flint in 1892, and quikly speard out of the flint area, the company today has many locations, and much stake in nebraska, illinois and iowa, being third in the halifax market. The company seeing also of trouble dew to large morgage problems and run of the bank type problems started to effect the company. While the virgin shores holding group is in a very good budget situation, and with such international spread and lack of risk it made for a great company to merge with. the new company decided Flint to be the hq, dew to virgin shores relation to Flint, and that the Flint financle had it's largest market share in Flint. Now some Locations. This one has a insurance and bank in it. more banks Ok all that writing is making my brain hurt, Time to show you the new university of Illinois at Flint, which has made everyone illinois fans. As you can see most of the development is low wealth.....well preety much all of it, but ill wokr on it and make it nicer. a hotle/Convention center. a highway Exit. And More Windmills The university district can really turn into a wonderful area once R$$ homes and apartments start to come, espically with the catherdral in it. I also put another church Now this area is one of the ones i love the most, it has dont everything ive wanted it too. so much so that i was forced to upgrade the road to an avenue to handle so much traffic. That same bridge also has seen alot of traffic, about 2000 cars, 500 buses. speaking of bridges, this bridge has been upgraded to six lanes! Which leads me too Yup the county highway was turned into a interstate, 174 to be exact. i did this for easier regional development. More development in Flint Flint insurance also has built a office I just really like this shot Flints's first offical Mall! Cross River development This area continues to be a residential center for Flint. This building is now called Toddies Tramside Terrace Hotel, Convention Center, & 24-Hour pharmacy Inc, local residence just call it Toddies. the Flint wedge was also compete And the Greenlake Real estate comapy just opended a new office I just really like the area and here's the tram on it's rise to the university This image, which i believe you've already seen shows the name. These area's have been definded as massive growth areas So that's update 10, next update we see the effects of all this growth on the other cities, which might take awhile.

you know im secretly scream "about time" in the back of my head. But the fact is the average user wouldn't know about SecuROM, and from what i hear it's not in the game manual eathier. So basiclly they install a program on your computer, that not olny you can uninstall, but also can mess with your computer, with out your knowledge.
