my campaign is on full pace un1: actually though water resources would control water treatment plants at this, utility commision still controls the pumps.

my last add. But as you all know with my term i have taken all issues with energy, water, and trash pickup and have improved the area. I Made a garbage island offshore to handle our trash and ship it else where, i made windfarms to power the area, and ive made more pumps in the cleaniest of area's to give us water. Im proven, i have expirence, and i hope to come back to the virgin shores to serve the people.

wow elections certainly heating up as a city offical i will make no public endorsment of a canidate. also dtp ill have to get to work on some proposals for oilville too! who knows call me offical city developer The Update Looks amazing also! And as a department head im very happy with how things are coming along in energy and water production!

hmmm that reminds me im going to be proposing a bigger building for my bank soon. since im announcing that Virgin shores will hold the main offices for international Operations, though across flint is still the Hq of the company.

Update 12: Part C! now honestly im not very proud of this update, i felt it could look alot better, but i have it, it's here, so please enjoy. THen agian mabey it's my own high standerds. well were to start, that is the downtown of Franklin, but let's see southern flint. this area is one of many around the metro area that have completly stalled in development, partly dew to the situation with IHG, which has caused the whole flint market to start to strain. from this you can see the windmills, and some more park/lake area's. This large area of forest is a forest park trying ot preserve the area. Here you can see the lake, which is a very nice destination. The Hotel was contructed first, unfortnatly it was the olny thing constructed. more stalled development the lake ending even undeveloped i love this area Now i think it's time we see franklin! Franklin has less people then virgin shores but franklin hsa a bigger job market here's the main train station Here's the highway exit, it handles calder traffic. Now it's time for virgin shores! Virgin shores has expanded across river You know what now i just want to show you nightshots! Also i just like this area So that concludes update 12! now who will get the lucky 200 reply?
