hmm well then my platform to be exact is Airports: Studys on the best location and size of a actually airport in VS Possible buying land for that Landing strip or Airport Rail: The Creation of a Commuter Rail Service in VS Continued Expansion of the VS rail network Making this network as Efficent and Organized as possible Having this Network not interfere with Residents, and other networks Road: Continued Expansion of the Road Network Expansion of the Vs-1 and Vs-2 Transit: continued expansion of the Bus network, and having the networks be the most efficent possible with locations on major roads, and connections ot other networks Besides that there are many other things that could be done, but these would be my main points as a dot head. Now can i promice that this all will come? No, and neither can the other canidate, but what i can promice is that ill try.

Hmmm i guess im in the running. As this is my last term of the UC as i am a stronger believe or term limits. I am also a firm believer that Transportation is the most important thing in any society to function properly. So what will i offer as Dot head? I will basiclly Continue what patricius has done, I will continue to develope the Road and Rail Networks of VS, and Will continue to Look at commeter Rail, and expand the VS bus network, and i will connect the VS area together through a clean, safe, and non-weaving network that makes the area as Efficent as possible.

i do not support that change in plans. Though i am open to higher density for the costal area, with apartments, and possbile hotles, with shops, but that can all come as developers want to make a proposal about it.

great update dtp! Neo-follomer looks great, now you just have un1's town to do too also i am working on the Utilities Plan for Virgin Shores. Which will help guide the Development of the Area's Utilities easier, and more saft for continued development. If anyone has any suggestions or concerns For the UC department as we come up with this plan please say, as we will take them until next update.

Heres the update! it took awhile, went from 30 images, to 45 images, now at 27 images plus. But it's done! also i went a little crazy with night shots to enjoy Here's Halifax, the Hardest hit by this Flint economic crisis, the Town has preety much been killed by failed development. This is the Road too the Interstate 71, or to the essen area. The windmills can also be seen. Here's the main developed part. With the Windmills, downtown, and other residential areas. Here's downtown Halifax, which is a very nice area, but was really killed by failed developent or closing business. All the construction projects have also been abandoned, which has somewhat caused a downward effect. The main residential district of Halifax, which is very dence and nice. The city tried to make the area dencer instead of having urban sprawl. but all of it has backfired. I like this residential area, which is new and part of older halifax. This area also is widly connected by the Halifax park trail system, which is popular among the highschoolers. Halifax highschool has been the First major highschool outside of Flint, Though though others also do the Halifax area has easily become the high school for a few of the other small towns. Such as Follomer, essen, and Banff. this is just South of Downtown, this was the last major development to come through. The walls in this area have also been postponed for some of it. This is the other Residential are of Halifax, best served by the trails, you almost dont need a park. And the last of the Residential Pics. Now hmmm now lets see all the failed areas. Over all there are more, but these are the biggest. These have cost the City, Metro area, Millions. and have contributed to the on-going Flint budget crisis. Lets head South to Banff The north area of the city, as you can see walls have not been constructed. The middle area of the city, to the downtown area. Banff is defintly more of a long city then wide, as development has curved around the River. Which im still waiting to name, as this is a runoff from the Dayton River, so if you have a suggestion please say, and the best one will be picked enter now! Just south of Downtown. Then south of there it ends with more failed development, luckly this isnt as much as other places. Now where at the end of the city! Scraps of Flaming Metal went all around them as a News Helicopter was Almost hit from 2 Angles. " Sara what just happend?!?" said the News Person " I Dont know, Authoritys are telling us to get away from the area, It appears that another Tanker or possbile 2 more Exploaded," A tree could be scene on fire near by, and what was just a small amount of smoke from the port was now a massive cloud of it. IHG seeing that were starting to come out of this economic crisis in Flint is intrested in with putting it's other banks a few banks in the new town, depending on size. on energy i think we should have a simple powerline extension to the area, while on water we could eathier have a water tower, pump, or connect it to the main virgi shores water network.
