I'm pretty sure the 300x50 limit applies to Flash signatures as well. The text could also use some colour. 7/10

10/10 The Bear is a classic.

5/10 The image is too big. 300 x 50 max. Also, I've never been a fan of all caps. I added two more things to my sig. Phoenix, Arizona, United States of America underneath the image, because several people had trouble figuring out what city it is. The second thing I added was an American pride image, inspired by the gay pride ones.
