Another great airport The_Hutt you really are an expert at this. Love the layout of your airport Neongamer, but is that is that a train linking the bottom right hand building with the main terminal. If it is I think you should probably make a concourse over its more practical. Otherwise I think it's great

Sorry bbfan02 should have made that clearer, I edited it though

Update 4: Election 2007 It's that time again in Normandy, the 2007 Parliamentary Elections. The public went to the polls on Thursday November 29th 2007 with an 89% turnout. As of Saturday the two leading parties were neck and neck, but most polls believe the current Labour/Norman Republican Party government is expected to come out on top. Things, however, didn't go as predicted and the opposition leading Green Party got the higest number of seats with 81. After week long negotiations a government was formed between the Greens, Socialist Party and Progressive Democrats, with Labour leading the opposition. Over the following two weeks the Green Party leader Katherine McCormick was elected Prime Minister and the cabinet was formed with Socialist Party Leader William Heathton as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health. With this new far left, Green run coalition, what change will come to Normandy. Sorry for such a short update, I may have another tomorrow but I'm not sure. My monitor is broken so I can only play SC on the week end using my Dad's computer, should be getting a monitor for Christmas though. Thanks for reading, Craig

Update 3: Mal Zeth For my 99th post on Simtropolis (bit of a lurker, I know) I will be showcasing Mal Zeth, a city that started out trying to be Dubai-like, but didn't turn out the way I'd planned. It is, however, one of my favorite cities in Normandy and at the time I made I was really happy with myself, so I hope you enjoy Mal Zeth was until the 1990's a small city with few high rise buildings. In the1970's and 80's the Norman government decided to develop some more city centre areas as it was felt Staunton Island and Portlant would soon start to reach feasible capacity. Special tax incentives were offered to companies who set up in Mal Zeth and the city started to boom economically. First up is Mal Zeth City Hall. Don't be fooled by it's classic look, it's actually fairly new, state-of-the-art facility. Memorial Park sits opposite City Hall and is home to the National War Memorial. Behind the park is one of the largest commercial and residential developments in Normandy's history, Pinnacle Park. The tallest of these towers is the Pinnacle which will be Normandy's, and probably the world's tallest building on completion. Another construction project includes the Four Seasons Hotel Towers, a five star luxury hotel. The NorCom Towers are expected to be the second tallest towers in the city upon completion and although named for one company, will be home to many. On the left side you can also see CNBC Europe's Headquarters. Mal Zeth Town Centre is one of Normandy's largest shopping centres and most of it predates the boom (although these parts have been refurbished. There are many other notable buildings in the city, so the next few will just have pictures.

Update 1:Staunton Island Staunton Island has with a population of about two million, the highest population of any Norman district and is also the most densely populated. For obvious reasons it is sometimes known as 'Skyscraper City' First up is Staunton Island City Hall. This building angered a lot of people when first proposed as the style was so unlike anything else in the city. Next is the Staunton World Financial Centre, which is currently home to two of the world's top ten tallest buildings. The third, smaller building has won many architectural awards for it's creative design. Home to one of the world's largest communications companies Norcom Tower is a stunning supertall, built in the 1990's. The Royal Bank of British Normandy (est. 1870) is the country's third largest bank and in the 1950's moved it's headquarters to Staunton at the John Frederick Complex. Citigroup's European HQ are located just North-East of the Financial Centre and sits next door to the home of RTBN (Radio Television British Normandy), Normandy's oldest media company. Home of sport in Staunton is the Westside Sports Complex. This facilitates the 60,000 seater Redgar Stadium (Football, Athletics etc.) and Murphy Field (baseball) which sits 50,000. One of the newest completed supertalls in Staunton is the TrumpInternational Hotel and Tower Staunton Island Of the west coast on a small, artificial island is one of the world's tallest and most expensive hotels, the Clarion Grand Hotel (forgot to turn off grid, sorry) Finally, a little old style, 1930's buildings that were both at one time the world's tallest buildings, Gordon Tower and the Smith Building Society Building. First off let me say this isn't my best work, it was the first city I built in this region and is the only megacity (sort of). I still want to keep it because I think it makes my region more dynamic. Well that will probably be my update for this week. I more than likely won't be back on until
