  7. Rate one image.

Never played this before, I don't think nihonkaranws: I love all the trees, and I won't rate down for lack of cars. 8/10 hijodecordoba: Very nice! I like how all the tile design matches up, especially around the tennis courts, and the plaza at the bottom is beautiful. The canals are also a nice touch. 9/10 bluesinjid: (first pic on this page) Your work is always excellent but we can't see it because the picture is so dark! The nightlights look very cool though. 7/10 (second pic) I like this too and the water mod looks especially nice here. 8/10 Shadow_prophet: First thing I noticed was the photo editing (of the box at the top) very nicely done, and the skyscrapers look breathtaking. 9/10 danielcote: Cute little houses and nice seasonal trees, but it would be so much lovelier without the UDI icon and pause border/menu! 5/10 Here's one of mine.
  8. Phats Hottest CJs

Oh, wow! Congrats top 10. Thanks for that link, Dedgren!
  9. christmas wishes

    Merry Christmas!
  10. What are you reading?

Manticorefan... That book sounds interesting. Might check it out myself. I've recently become interested in Roman culture around that time period. I'm reading a collection of short stories by Edgar Allen Poe. The last one I read was "Thou Art the Man." Macabre and grotesque, to be sure, but makes for great reading. The only one I couldn't quite stand was "The Black Cat," when he gouged the cat's eye out. I almost cried.
  11. Sights Across Canada

Hummm...DSW is Designer Shoe Warehouse...I don't know if they are in Canada! I got a great deal on a pair of shoes there! Of course, I hardly ever wear them, but...*coughmovingon...* Millenium square eh? I think 'Capilano Square' is more original... NAFMIS? What was its original color, pink? Improvement, heh...Seriously, though, there are some colors that buildings should be be painted, pink included...Unless it's a Pepto-Bismol store. At any rate, nature is being conserved, that is always good! All those parking lots don't make oxygen ya know... Too bad for the millionaires though. I'm sure the view is great!
  12. Tierra de la Oscuridad

Thanks for the wonderful comments. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Zezug: Thanks! I am an anti-grid person lol. For the most part. Leech10: LOL, that was an interesting read for sure. Yeah, Lille's beautiful buildings cause the Sims to stop and look at them. Which in turn causes traffic issues. Thanks for the comment! haljackey: Heh heh, I should have known someone would say something about those curves. Where do I get them? Are they in the NAM or a separate download? Tomasneto: Thank you! art128: Thanks my friend. Zelgadis: Haha! An ice skating rink, that's great. Thanks for the comment. PhilsCafe: Hey, thanks! I love that, "gardens that people live in." Pocksis: Thanks! I'm glad you stopped by. ky72x: Haha well I prefer avenues. Whenever I build highways, my Sims hardly use them! Glad you liked the transportation map! Ace_F15: Haha! Thanks for the comment. suplado!: Thanks, suplado! So glad you liked this update. Mike the Mayor: Thank you for commenting!
  13. dirk: Change Is Coming (to Simtropolis) Version 6.0!

It covered up the buttons at first for me, but now it doesn't. (on Firefox) Edit: Fb posted while I was typing this lol. I hope to have a white Christmas this year. There's no snow on the ground yet but still have a few days!

I love the banner , really cute!!
  15. Sights Across Canada

Looking good! Time to go shopping! Oh wait... the trees died? A tree epidemic? how awful Mature trees instead of planting new ones... I guess they were too impatient to wait for them to grow. Now, back to shopping... Oh hey, I want a house there by the shopping center! Forget about traffic noise lol. That's what loud music playing is for. Although, I don't suppose the neighbors would like that much either. Oh..err... Do I see a DSW?!?
  16. The Perfect Forum

I don't know...I've never had a forum obviously but whenever I try to get involved in photography it's all "You have to have this kind of camera" and blah blah... I just want to know what makes pictures beautiful.
  17. Vale Paulista

Hey! Wow, this is so good, I am really floored! Haven't seen something like this for a long while. The mosaic in 12/13 is insanely amazing, with the water, trees, little park between the roads. And the 12/15 one too. The train going over the bridge! Perfect! And the little stream coming in from the sea, surrounded by trees, winding through the mosaic. Great job!!
  18. Tierra de la Oscuridad

Sorry I put that update on the last post of the page lol. Didn't realize that. Tomasneto: Thanks for the comment! suplado!: Haha, thanks, glad you stopped by. starrychelx: Thank you! art128: Thanks my friend! Glad you liked the region pic. djvolatile97: Lol, short and sweet. Thanks for the comment! flyinbird93: Thanks for the lovely comment, here is more! Zelgadis: You'd be surprised...Really. Tierra is like entirely a region of half-finished cities. Twenty20: Thank you! ky72x: Hey Kyle! Glad you liked the curves. And that you stopped by. blue sinjid: No problem. Thanks for the great comment! I like Peg's park trails too! Theirishnintendonerd: I hope they are! Thanks for commenting. Leech10: Here's more! SirUnger: Thank you for stopping by! Here's a new update. jacqulina: Thanks Jacky! Glad you liked the res and transit! anarchy0029: Thank you for the comment about the region. Hope to see you again! Today we take a small tour of Tierra. You might remember some of these cities. Here's your transportation map.
  19. Sights Across Canada

Oooo! I like this update alot better. It is great. The mosaic is beautiful with the little suburbian houses and spell checker's telling me that's not a word... and the greenness and the trees. It looks very peaceful! Good job beebeth.
  20. The Avatar Above Me

    Kinda small... 5/10
  21. Bellerose County: two cities, one urban sprawl

This is really impressive! I like the first mosaic thingy. How long have you been working on this region?
  22. Vale Paulista

This is just breathtaking! I loved looking through the mosaics. The brown cows are my favorite. Great work! Keep it up!
  23. Sights Across Canada

Umm, future Red River is interesting... Maybe just to compare it to the present-day Red River... I like the present-day one... Its pretty. This is like... zee invasion of cement and big boxy towers.
  24. help for the new guy

Un-zip what you download and put the contents into your plug-ins folder, under mydocuments/simcity4/plugins. Information about 'cool cheats' is here, I don't know if that's what you're talking about. Make sure you get the new working link that MrC edited into the first post. Put it in your plug-ins folder. If you have more questions make sure you search the forums first and look in the Omnibus.
  25. The Riveran Empire

Looks good! Did you photoshop the pics? The sunrise one is nice. I like that elevated rail station. keep it up!
