Originally posted by: AmunRe I can't say I'm disappointed in SCS as my expectations were below the zero mark. So I guess I was a bit surprised that I've been playing it as much as I have. It's by no means "SimCity" and they should have just called it something like "The Sims: Society Life." As its own, stand-alone, game I like to play it. However I still find myself playing SC4 a ton. I'm looking forward to, what would appears to be easy to do, custom content. Cheat are easy to make but not needs for the most part.quote> First of all, is this game really like The Sims? And second of all why are comparisons to The Sims meant as a negative thing? I'd love to a sequel city & region builder that actually does combine elements of both. Originally posted by: MINIggy03 now watch them use this as a reason for why they wont be making Simcity 5. "Well, Simcity Societies didn't sell well and that had the "Simcity" name, so why would "Simcity" with a number after it sell?" suits are stupid. quote> Hey I resemble that remark!

Holy genre change SE! Ghe last time I caught your act you were doing western CJ's which I thought were Trixie material for something pretty original back in the day. Congratulations for your Trixies on this fun looking CJ!

Well I kept telling myself that I was going to visit your journal after seeing your entry in the Life in the City contest. Great job on both!!! and Congratulations!!! You know that ferris wheel reminds me of a cover on Time magazine, oh about 20-25 years ago, with a functional ferris wheel and amusement amidst a war torn Beirut, Lebanon.
-
Great job Lady Jackie. I sometimes you are as creative and artistic in the CJ's as you are gracious in the other forums.

csgcseri: Congratulations! Well deserved! Simlish was meant to convey a variety of emotions w/out sounding repetitive. It has origins in Ukranian and Tagalog (Phillipines dialect) with a strong emphasis on unique vowel sounds. It does makes the game more interesting and sometimes quite hilarious! This is my reference when I want to write it down. http://bbs.thesims2.ea.com/community/bbs/messages.php?&openItemID=item.2,item.43,item.61,item.41,item.23&threadID=8d04f2582c30dca38b0a2d07d28fb420&directoryID=2&startRow=1 "S'flia way!!" I have absolutely no idea what your menu says. But if one of the items is a hot chocolate I will take it. Thanks!

My first visit here. Nice tribute to jacquilina!
-
Good start. Good use of an NHP map. Given the date, is this going to be sci-fi oriented?
-
I'm still waiting on the reviews!

I think both parties are stalling!
