Great work. And those canals looks beatiful. But I have an extra question for you all: How high do you set your commercial taxes to get skyscrapers? And what else I need to do(to get skyscrapers)? I have a city with a population of 100 000 people, good education...And so on..but no skyscrapers. And I want them.
