    Interview with Beebs

Today we will be speaking with Beebs, the EOTM for September, 2006. How are you?

    When did you join Simtropolis?

According to the blip under my name, July 26, 2003.

    Why did you join Simtropolis?

Heck, why not? The STEX, (though at the time it was still LEX and MEX), help with SC4.. so much here available to use.

Did you ever expect to win the EOTM?

I didn't expect to become an Employee, nevermind Employee of the Month.

Why did you think you were nominated for the EOTM?

As the cute javascript medallion says, For being a good forum moderator, chat operator, and senior editor for the Simtropolis Help Squad.

Will winning the EOTM inspire you to do more for the community?

Of course! Though, one really doesn't need an award to inspire.. it's the great people around here that inspire me.

What do you do outside of Sim City 4 and Simtropolis in your free time?

Stock shelves, etc. at Best Buy, play the occasional game of tennis.

What are your favorite Simtropolis moments?

ABO was entertaining... probably others but my brain isn't functioning right now. 3.gif

    Do you have a job?

I'm a merchandiser at Best Buy.

If you were stuck on a deserted island with one Simtropolis member, who would it be?

Hoo... toughie. My fellow SE's are always good for entertainment; Cheese could feed someone for a month. 2.gif Think I'd have to go with Mikey or TMS though (sorry, Cheese 3.gif ).

    What forums do you moderate?

General Off Topic, Simtropolis Help Squad and the Omnibus.

What is your favorite aspect of being a moderator on Simtropolis?

Aside from the occasional power trip? 3.gif Nah, just kidding... probably getting to know people better. I would never have gotten to know my fellow SE's, SkiGeek, and others as much as I have without becoming a moderator.

It's great to know some more about you, Beebs! Congratulations on your award, and continue your great work! 9.gif
