I have made this tutorial to show a method of designing farmlands that hasn't been used much before this tutorial. I have placed trees all around the farms and divided the farms by trees like in most rural areas.
Step One:
Find a flat area with some changes in elevation to build your farms.
Step Two:
First, flatten an area with the god mode tools or with streets.
Second, layout a street.
Third, layout a farming zone.
Step Three:
Now surround the farm with trees by jeronij.
Repeat and flatten an area near the first farm.
Now once you have another farm. Surround the farm with a different style tree.
Finally, add more trees.
