Help : BATs dont light up at night

All of the other lots light up, except for the BATs i downloaded. I've applied the two updates that are needed for this, it still doesnt work

This is an old problem. Did you try a search?

Thinking about it, you might have to download the BAT to get the necessaary texture files, but I doubt it.

I had this problem too, and its not an obvious fix. Go to the SC4 website and to the BAT tool page. Someone down the page it'll say To get this update click on the SimCity 4 Update link found right here. Click the blue here and theres the file you need to enable lighting on BAT lots. If you can't find the BAT page, go to Cool Stuff- Tools.
