SC4Tool on Windows 11

Hi and Sorry as I know there are a number of past post on a similar topic.

For the life of me I can't get the SC4Tool to allow me to add the paths for TE Editor on my Win11 Laptop. I have followed all the past suggestions to run as admin and in WinXp sp3 mode, downloaded the Visuals C++ 2022 x86 (Not sure if I needed it but nothing else was working).

Anyone else out there using these two together your advice wold be much appreciated.
