Costom maps

I have seen meny maps that look like pics of other things. I have this 1 pick I made Black & white but i tryed rendering it and it dosent convert. I tryed even to create a confg.bmp and still failed.

Hello and welcome ;

The map needs to be 8-bit grayscale, and has to be a certain size. For your config.bmp problems, look here.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

im useing a 338 x 104 pic size. could that have anything to do with my problem.

i use it all the time when making regions.

I now got the landscape desiner (thanks to Compermise  ). I have renderd my pick to work(wich I had to resize  ).
