I just started playing again after a couple of years of rest and I found myself wondering over the uncertainty about  high tech industries delivering there cargo to low en medium wealth shops.
Does someone here have an answer?

there is a archievement that call technophile in SimCity. you must have 40 high tech building on high destiny.  the best way to get succes to have is the dlc city of tommorrows.
