Steam Overlay

Game runs fine  however the steam overlay isn't working -_-

 

Of the 14 games I have installed is the only game that doesn't work :( And yes I made sure that is checked with the game

Anyone else has same issue? 

 

 

Apparently is the very first game since forever, where it doesn't like MSI AB to have the steam overlay work.
