Trains station's bug?

Hello guys.

So I had an only train station next to the residential zone. It was doing its job well with around 13k passenger a day.

But I was losing tourist in my casino area due to tourist descending from the train and founding nothing to do. So I added a train station next to casinos. As soon as I did this train stations kind off stopped working as both of them have 100 passenger a day and over 1500 waiting (and increasing).

what am I missing here?

Ok so I didn't do the most innocent solution wich is to turn them on and off again (any it guys fans here?).

And they're working now. With almost 7 passenger each and my casinos at full capacity. Thank you I hope this helps someone.
