Educate you sims to avoid more fire in your city.

Depending on your traffic skills, industrial level, etc, you may or may not need 2 small/large fire stations. Keep an eye on how you progress your city.

You can save yourself some trouble by having one large fire station and an airport in the region.  Bulldoze the fire garage that comes with the station and build four helicopters on it.  They'll put out fires and won't have any trouble with traffic.

 

Of course that depends on there being an airport in the region - big "if" in multiplayer.

I understand what you meant. What I always did is to keep an eye on traffic because we know fire might happen anytime. Always have all options under consideration. For industrail tech 3, you might need large fire station for hazmat etc.(unless you have drone galore - lets keep our thread vanilla). If you plan Omega city, then large fire station is a must, the products that produce from drones are hazardous.

All depends on your current city. Take note how many fires per day also help you to make a decision whether to have more than one or change into large station

Educated sims saves you from causing more fire, sickness, garbage etc. Therefore (Depends on your population) you might not need more added modules etc.

You'll understand where im going with this.
