Downloaded Buildings Don't Light Up at Night

Any building that I have ever downloaded, does not light up at all at night. And the buildings that I download are supposed to light up. No matter what kind of building or what size, whether its plopable or Growable, they don't light up. All the normal buildings that came with the game work fine at night. And the pictures that the creator puts up of my downloaded buildings look so cool at night with the lights, but it doesnt work for me. It makes my city look abandoned at night. And yes, I have my game graphics, etc, up all the way. Was there something I'm supposed to download that makes downloaded buildings light up?

Your game must be up to build level 1,1,640  for night lights.  This is the second published patch and to install it you must be first up to 1,1,638.  There are many threads around on how to do this.  Happy scanning.

You must first download the update for your region on this page (1.1.638.0), and afterwards download the update on this page (1.1.640.0 - the download after BAT).
