Hi,

have two pictures,

picture 1: if I scroll, my water is shown correctly at the edges.

(and smoke and cars disappear while scrolling).

If i don't scroll the water looks terrible at the edges, too dark also at daytime.

Around the same time I halso have problem with the constant display of the smoke:

Back to this problem, it's while not scrolling.

I I scroll, smoke and cars disappear and water is shown correctly.

    Only thing i noticed:
If I exlude the Radeon section above Kyro section from graphic-rules.sgr I not even have the correct see or water display as in picture 1 while not scrolling. Then the water always looks like in picture two, too dark at the edges.

Anyone have an idea, how to fix it?

For any kind of answer to this problem we need your complete configuration.

What kind of Radion card do you have?  CPU (number of cores, speed), Memory (RAM)?

Have you tried running in software rendering mode?

Should not have problems with this, but have you tried restricting the processing to one core?  The option for this is: -CPUCount:1.  The game can multiprocess but quite often falls over its own feet.

Options are placed on the target line that starts the game.  Just open the shortcut (right click, properties), and insert the option following a single space right after the closing quote of the complete pathname.  Here is my command line showing this option (and others).

     "C:/Program Files (x86)/Maxis/SimCity 4 Deluxe/Apps/SimCity 4.exe"  -intro:off -CustomResolution:enabled -r1920x1080x32 -d:software  -CPUCount:1 -f

This is all on one line, but the text editor will fold it.  This runs correctly on my 1080p monitor without the EA movie, forced into software mode, full screen using only one of my two cores.  Note that my O/S uses forward slashes, but if you are on Windows they must be backslashes (\).

    Google says this translates to

have taken the Einstelllung, the intro is gone now, I like that. I also think the graphics card and the game will be no Super Friends, wirs leave that way.

Which suggests some spelling mistakes, I think.

My friend, please, this is an English only site.
