Bennett Music Corp

I found that the Bennett Music Corp building (the orange rectangular low density CO$$ Maxis building) grows everywhere in my cities, taking over other businesses. When I block all Maxis buildings using the BSC No Maxis Mod, the building still grows. To find out if it is a problem with a plugin, I remove everything from my Plugins folder, excluding the No Maxis Mod, as well as remove the I-HT patched simcity_1 file and replace it with the original. Even then the building grows. In SC4PIM I check the tileset of the building. All four tilesets are selected; only Chicago should be selected.

Is there a problem with the building, or maybe a patch made changes to the building?
