PNW Tree Controller - Problem

Hello, i am newbie in simcity4. I download PNW and all dependincies  I install all dependiencies in plugins and PNW TREE, but in game have brown boxes. DAT files I left in folders, I just don't know when they need to throw in exactly the Plugins, but then decided all DAT files in the plugins set, but did not help. Help please. Sorry for my english.

Well, first off, it would be better to start off a new topic instead of bumping a thread that has been dead for 2 months.

 

And second, are you sure that you downloaded all the dependencies, it wouldn't hurt if you re-download them and see, or maybe the dependency the PNW tree controller requires has a dependency too.
