Are there self-installing (exe) mods for SC4? Looking for amusement parks...

This is my first time "playing" the SC4 game and I'm enjoying it. So many new and interesting facets to this game. I've read over the mod tutorials and it does sound very complicated. In some respects it's similar to the Emergency 4 game in regards to modding.

 

Is there a mod addon that allows for amusement parks? Even payware?

It might sound complicated and confusing at first, but once you get more familiar with the terminology it all becomes clear, trust me! It took me some time too when I discovered all the various exchanges... The more you're hooked to the game the faster you'll learn

 

There is certainly some amusement parks mods, here is but not sure if it comes with an installer...About that, may I ask why you want the mod to be with an installer? Usually it's the other way around...You'll surely find many more by searching with appropriate key words on the STEX or other Sim City exchanges.

You normally don't need installers (though many items are packaged with them as the installer might do some "housekeeping"), just extract the relevant zip files into your "My Documents"/SimCity4/plugins folder.
