Changes in Settings?

Has anyone noticed (or cared) about the changes in Display (Graphic) tab in the settings section of the game? I swear I remember being able to select a filter called:

 

Photo-Realistic

 

Now it seems to be gone?

 

Was i just hoping it was there or did they remove it in an update. I enjoyed the look of the game in that setting. I really made it look like a real city

 

Just a thought......
